Rita Brasler

Rita is a leader in the analytics space who has grown from a business analyst into a trusted, client-focused executive. She has a talent for solving complex business problems using data in a practical, results-driven way. She played a key role in building Incite Analytics from a small team into a successful company, which was later acquired by Definian. Now serving as Vice President of Insights at Definian, Rita leads strategy and delivery for the Insights team, helping clients improve efficiency and drive better business results. She’s known for working closely with both her team and clients to create clarity, alignment, and lasting impact, supporting organizations of all sizes, including many well-known global brands.

Outside of work, Rita leads a full and energetic life with her husband Greg (married 23 years) raising five kids, and she stays actively involved in their schools, often volunteering and even coaching sports. She’s also deeply engaged in her community, always finding ways to give back. On top of that, Rita is committed to her own fitness, regularly setting ambitious goals and motivating those around her to stay active and push themselves.
